Bob,
Of any crop of potential covers I've ever seen for any book, these three are collectively the best. Difficult choice.
If I'm being picky, I don't like how the top of the 'S' of 'Sacred' gets cut off in #1. I'm not fond of the 'author bar' in #3. But I do like the lace bar in both of those options.
I also do like the real women on the covers of #1 and #2 rather than the folded hands of #3 (bit of a cliche, maybe?). All in all #2 is my favorite, but I would perhaps substitute the blonde woman with glasses for the dark beauty, who looks like she could have come out of the 1st century herself.
Tough choice!
I found the choice difficult too. They are all good. But I do connect with a face better than a pair of hands, and I prefer #2 over #1 because it is less busy.
Still, none of these covers would cause me to move on saying, "not for me" which is the most common effect covers have on me. (Of course, sometimes that's a good thing. The cover has effectively conveyed that it's a genre I don't care to read. It would have the opposite effect on someone seeking that genre.)
Fix the top of the "S" in #1 (see previous comment) and that is by far the best. The burgundy lace at the top will also help it stand out from other books (say on a book table at a church…) #2 would be my second choice.
#1 is my choice!
Tough choice, the font is a bit feminine, but the blue on the third option counters that.
#3 is my choice
For me it's #1, the faces draw in my attention and the different cultures suggest the depth of the subject matter. They are all good potentialy, but my choice is still the first.
Much success,
Matt.
All three are lovely covers, so you have a difficult choice. The thing that came to my attention right away is whether or not your book is about women in the bible or women throughout history. If it is throughout history, I would put their pictures on the cover. If it is biblical women I would strive to have a more eastern looking woman on the cover.
I like #2 the best.
I really like the middle option with a little more "sacredness." Maybe some ancient photos of some sisters from the past. I think it could draw attention. Not sure of all of the content so this may not make sense. Great options to choose from.

#3 but with the pictures of #1 rather than the hands…There is something about #3 that draws you in….the color is right, the font is right, I even do like the hands, it's just that the pictures of women may be better considering the subject matter…

Not much to add – my thoughts were covered in a number of the others' comments – my choice if I had to choose would be #2
