Which of these blog sites do you read and how have they ministered to you?
Blogs # 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 12, and 24 and I also regularly read your fine award-winning blog. I am working on a counseling degree from Whitefield Seminary, and these are the blogs that are helping me with my papers. Several of them helped me last summer when I taught a class on “Counseling Children”.
I seem to always go to Paul Tauges’ blog for insight. Also, he is the ONLY one who has even mentioned Alzheimer’s in his blog, a key concern of mine now since my husband has stage one Alzheimer’s.
This past week I finished a paper on “Dying Well” for my course work, and Ligonier had more help for me than any of the above blogs; your blog also had a post “I Long to Live Well,” and that is a secret to dying well.
Carol, What is the web address for your blog? Thank you for encouraging us to focus on Alzheimer’s and caring for caregivers. Bob
Dr. Kelleman,
My blog is http://plantcityladyandfriends.blogspot.com/. Thanks for asking. Also if you click on my name above it will take you to the blog.
My paper on “Dying Well” I am saving for a possible book, but Dr. Howard Eyrich has read it recently and I use quotes from his book, “The Art of Aging” and also from Rob Moll’s new book “The Art of Dying”. The paper talks about two memorial services I attended for two Christian women who died well. One was Dr. Sproul’s daughter-in-law.
Happy New Year!
