As most of the Evangelical world knows, Pastor Tim Keller passed away this week after a three-year battle with pancreatic cancer. In today’s post, Jason walks us through a number of resources from Pastor Keller that are extremely helpful for gospel-centered biblical counselors.
Jason’s Testimonial
Over the years Tim Keller has greatly impacted my approach to counseling with his teachings and resources. It is because of his influence that I often call what I do “gospel-centered counseling.” Here are a few key resources:
“Puritan Resources for Biblical Counseling”
This is one of the best overviews of the theology of the Puritans and their contribution to the care of the soul. It may surprise you at how holistic they were.

“Four Models of Counseling in Pastoral Ministry”
This is a must read for pastors and ministry leaders.
